Welcome! I am a Doctoral Student and Research Associate at the University of Freiburg's Chair for Comparative Politics.

My research investigates domestic and foreign policy dimensions of populism and focuses on Italian and German Politics. In my dissertation project, which is supervised by Prof. Dr. Uwe Wagschal, I study the link between populism and democratic ideals to find out how support for liberal democracy is changing in Italy and Germany.

Before starting my PhD, I studied Applied Political Science (B.A. and M.A.) at the University of Freiburg and Sciences Po Aix and visited the University of Florence.

On this website, you can find out more about my research and teaching. Feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to connect!
